Information Clause on the Processing of Personal Data
InterCraft sp. z o.o. collects and processes the personal data provided by you (first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number) as a result of your voluntary submission, and their processing is necessary for preparing commercial offers and executing the purchase-sale agreement concluded with you in order to perform it properly (legal basis for processing – Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L No. 119, p. 1).

Providing your personal data is necessary for concluding and executing individual agreements concluded with you as part of cooperation and for making any commercial transactions. For the purposes of executing agreements with you, the following personal data will be processed: first name, last name, email, company name, and phone number. Personal data will be used to carry out sales transactions, contact you if necessary, and to handle any complaints or pursue claims. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to conclude an agreement with you, and consequently, to cooperate with us commercially. Personal data will be processed until the end of the commercial cooperation with you, and after such termination, for the period of limitation of claims against InterCraft sp. z o.o. and in relation to it, or for the period required by separate regulations, e.g., for tax or accounting purposes.
You have the right to access your processed personal data and to rectify it, as well as the right to request its deletion and to restrict data processing, the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Deletion of personal data will be associated with the resignation from cooperation with us.
The recipients of personal data may be entities with which an agreement has been concluded.
